How to return items.
You can return your item in mint condition within 14 days of delivery. Our return policy is as follows. In any case, please fill in the following Return Arrangement Form.

If you wish to return/exchange an item by visiting our shop, please bring any confirmation emails we sent you, the packing slip and the items. Please note that refunds will be made in the same way as you paid originally.
The item you received was damaged, defective or not the item you ordered.
We regret that this happened to you. We will replace the item or provide a full refund*. We will cover the cost of returning the faulty item and the cost of shipping you a replacement.

All returns due to change of mind are at the cost of the customer and will remain your responsibility until we receive the item. Once we’ve received the returned item, you will receive a full refund* (excluding the cost of shipping).
