How to drive the Pop-Pop Boat Pour water into one of the jet pipes at the back until water starts to come out the other, then let the boat on the water. Place included flammable substance in the fuel dish. Light fire to the dish and place it inside of the boat, under the steam engine. The boat should start running within a minute. The stop the boat, put out the flame and remove the boat from water.
